In Fall 2021, I had the incredible opportunity to work as part of the Digital Operations team, where the Seneca Boutique entirely operated as an eCommerce due to the pandemic. Through this, I learned how to input products into the Lightspeed system, create promotional codes, and track discount usage. I also conceded how important to work as a group and develop interpersonal skills, such as critical thinking and problem-solving.
